Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by our shipping partners, Verso L'Alto is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is secure, as we cannot issue refunds or replacements after delivery confirmation.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags properly attached and folded.
Return Process
If your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
